Your tasks as store manager:

• Deliver World Class Service to our customers on the shop floor as well as in the changing room
• Analyzing the KPI's of your store, as well as development and implementation of various actions to drive sales
• Coaching and motivating your team, whilst creating a friendly work environment
• Make sure the store runs smoothly and is tidy at all times
• Staff management and planning
• Ensure, that all daily tasks get done and the customer receives a fantastic shopping experience
